Youth Counselling
The Singapore education system and teenage years can be a pressure cooker. You might notice your teen withdrawing into their room, snapping back at you in anger, or just completely listless. While some might think this is "part of growing up", it can also be a sign of a deeper struggle.
Areas of Focus
- Anxiety / Exam Stress
- Depression / Emotional Withdrawal
- Identity & Self-Esteem
How We Can Help
When teens feel like their core needs (for autonomy, safety, and validation) aren't being met, they often develop coping mechanisms that look like "bad behaviour".
Schema Therapy provides a collaborative and structured approach to identify the triggers behind their reactions and develop healthier ways to get their needs met.
Individual Counselling

If they are open to it, I assure them (and you) that our sessions are a collaborative space for their benefit, not a punishment.
The goal is to support them in gaining the emotional tools they need to navigate the world on their own terms.
Therapy is not “one size fits all.” Most clients see significant improvement in 6–8 sessions. We will review your progress regularly to ensure we are on track with your goals.
Schema Therapy looks closely at one’s beliefs or worldview, identifying patterns that possibly started in childhood. We use active techniques (like imagery or chair work) to help you understand why you react the way you do, and give you the tools to change those patterns.
