Talk One
The Science of Meaning & Misery
Why are so many successful professionals still miserable? We live in a world that has become so good at helping us achieve, but not necessarily at helping us live meaningful lives. In this talk, Jannson explores the psychology behind suffering and fulfilment, drawing on behavioural science, and stories of lived experience. Participants gain perspective on what actually makes life meaningful, and leave with practical insights for greater connection and wellbeing.
Talk Two
Crash Course Connection
What would it be like to catch yourself before you damage a relationship? Many interpersonal issues don't start with major arguments, but with tiny disconnections that gradually erode trust and closeness. Using visual tools and movement-based metaphors, this session helps participants spot the 6 key disconnections and how to repair them, providing a clear, intuitive framework for building intentional connection.
